Both coaching options were created with the purpose of giving you the tools to train and make real changes happen, regardless of what your schedule looks like.
In Person Sessions:
If you can schedule one-on-one sessions with a trainer, that would guarantee the most accountability and learning, which can lead to the most optimal results. If you can come in and train with us in person, we recommend that you do. This way your training technique will be perfected, your eating habits and nutrition will be strictly monitored, and you will be constantly motivated by us to keep pushing forward at full power!
Each training session is 1 hour long at a facility of your choice. You can train with your trainer at our studio, in another gym facility of your preference, or even at your own home via video call. Especially if you are new to fitness and are learning for the first time, we recommend you schedule at least two in-person sessions per week until you build up the habit of training on your own. This way, you can learn all of the components that are needed for an effective workout, and can consult in-person regarding your personal eating habits.
You will have a nutrition and training plan created for you month-by-month if you choose to work one-on-one with a trainer. These are the same plans that come with Online Coaching, but you will be able to work through them with your trainer in person! In other words, your workouts will be scheduled, your food will be planned out, and your trainer will be waiting to train with you, all you need to do is show up!
With in-person sessions, you will also have the highest accountability with your trainer. They will be able to physically see how your body is progressing, and then make the adjustments you may need for maximum progress! Progress check-ins will be made every week to make sure that you are on the right track.
If you have any questions along the way, you can speak to your trainer while you are with them, or can call/email anytime during work hours! Knowledge is power, and we want to make sure you are equipped with the knowledge you need to conquer your body and get in the best shape of your life!
If you do not have the option to come and train in-person, or would prefer to train on your own with the technique and nutrition knowledge we give you, then that is what Online Coaching is for! Here you have the flexibility to train at your own schedule, but with the tools, knowledge, and structure we provide for you to reach your goals!
All Online Coaching plans are created for the entire month in a comprehensive way. You will have a phone consultation so we can learn your goals and your body's present condition, and then create a customized plan for you.
The Training Plan is a fully built out workout routine schedule for an entire month. Based on your goals, physical ability, and schedule, your trainer will create a routine that covers every day of the month, with recommended exercises, sets, and reps. In other words, for the month you can go to the gym and look at the plan your trainer has designed for you, and then crush your workout! You will also gain access to our website's training technique library, which has a video for every exercise we recommend for you to reference and learn if you have not performed it before.
The Nutrition Plan is a complete guide that will recommend, down to the last gram, what you should eat to reach your physical goal, be that lose weight, build muscle, develop tone, or anything else! The phrase, "Abs are made in the kitchen" is 100% true. You can workout like a maniac, but if you do not have your food dialed in, you may never see that six pack you have been working out so hard for. The secret is in what you eat! If you are not sure what the best way to eat is to reach your body's goals, let us design a nutrition plan for you that will transform your body in ways you never would have expected!
The Combination Plan Includes the Training and Nutrition Plans, and is the most comprehensive online training plan that any trainer could offer. Ultimately, you need both sides, exercise and nutrition, to achieve the best physical shape. So, of course, we recommend the Combination Plan for anyone interested in Online Coaching. If you strictly follow the recommendations in your plan, you absolutely will be able to make progress, and even go further than you ever have before! Achieving your fitness goals, be that losing weight, building muscle, gaining strength, getting toned, or transforming your body in general always requires two things: the right training plan and the right nutrition plan. You can train as hard as you want, but if you are not eating right, it will not matter. On the other hand, you can eat very well, but if you do not train, you can never sustain the muscle mass you need to have a toned body. Your nutrition and your workout performance always go together.
All plans come with full Q&A consultations via email or phone appointment anytime during work hours with your trainer.
